Beagle has been a global supplier of commercial film and distribution strategy to Amazon since 2012. One of their challenges has been communicating the features of the new Amazon Pay service to retail customers. In response, we built a range of compelling third party endorsements, producing a series of films with existing customers, including All Saints clothing, to explain how this new product benefits retailers and customers in practice. The project has contributed to an average reduction from 90 to 30 seconds in checkout time and an increase in 34% of new customers now taking up the Amazon pay option.
